Project Example - Before
M&B Property Investments stepped in to help when the former owner ran out of time and money to renovate this flat in Wroclaw, Poland.
The flat had no bathroom (was situated in a cupboard on the landing) no heating, no kitchen and a difficult layout on the 3rd floor .
The plus points were none of the internal walls were structural and there was a good loft space being the top floor flat.
Project Example - After
Open plan lounge with good size kitchen, elegant new bathroom now inside the flat, great size bedroom and beautiful loft space with room for twin beds.
Every wall was moved to create this fabulous 2 bedroom flat with new floors and ceilings in every room.
The old bathroom is now a very useful utility room with plumbing and power.
